Michael Pollen
shares rules for eating, from his new book "Food Rules":
Eat real food, not too much of it, and more plants than meat.
Avoid foods you see advertised on television.
If it came from a plant, eat it; if it was made in a plant, don't.
Don't eat breakfast cereals that change the color of the milk.
Eat all the junk food you want as long as you cook it yourself.
Eat when you are hungry, not when you are bored.
Do all your eating at a table. When eating somewhere other than at a table, stick to fruits and vegetables.
