Carbon Tax

Tom Friedman makes a good point when he talks about simplifying our way of taxing carbon so that everyone can understand it and so that it is presented as a matter of national security and economic renewal. This is of greatest importance for future, far more important in my opinion than the Taliban in Afghanistan.
