So, a tiny stolen Cessna from Canada was intercepted in Wisconsin within minutes by Wisconsin National Guard fighter jets after flying erratically. But our government couldn't intercept a huge passenger airliner that had 90 minutes of terrorist-directed flying before it hit the Pentagon?
Very unlikely. Either completely incompetent or criminally complicit. One or the other.
